Johns Hopkins Priority Partners
When they began to outgrow the original site we built for them in 2013, Johns Hopkins Priority Partners (PPMCO) enlisted Foundry19 once again to deliver a thoughtfully refreshed website. As one of Maryland’s few managed care organizations, PPMCO is responsible for delivering quality healthcare to some of the state’s most vulnerable residents. With the site’s audience in mind, the new build had to adhere to additional usability requirements set forth by Hopkins. This meant special attention was paid to clear, concise language, mobile usability, and accurate Spanish translation. In addition, we worked with PPMCO to devise a site architecture and navigation that was easy to use. From understanding benefits to finding care to enrolling in free wellness programs, the new site helps members better navigate their health journey.
